4 ways you need to style your leather leggings.

It's no secret that leather leggings have made their way back in the fashion circle in full force. Whether you're intimidated by the material that shows no mercy in showing off every angle (this would be me) or you are a lover of the trend, this post is all about how to style your leather leggings for any girl and how to LOVE yourself in them!

Before we get into our styles, it's important to say that I am more of a pear shaped gal. Always had bigger hips and been a little self conscious of leggings that don't hide much. I am usually a medium in all leggings, but I am wearing a large in these pictures. Keep reading to see how to realistically style your leggings!

1) Casual and chic

I love this style for 2 reasons. First, the longer cardigan covers the back side if you want a conservative look or are wearing it for work. Second, adding any colored pearl headband instantly gives this leather look a pop of color and femininity. 

2) Brunch with the girls

This one is for the casual day out with the girls that isn't the usual hoodie and leggings, but a perfect balance of comfort and picture ready style. Pairing leather leggings with a graphic sweatshirt and fashionable sneakers is the perfect effortless style. 

3) Spiced up cozy

Want to wear a hoodie and leggings while looking like you put effort in? Aerie long lined sweaters are becoming a favorite for leggings. This one perfectly covers the back side and has the perfect slit to show off your leather leggings. Pair it with a colored beanie or baseball hat to add a pop of color to that second day hair. No judgment here girl. 

4) Athletic chic

I love this one because it checks off for athleisure day and going out wear. This would be perfect for a Target shopping day and hanging with the girls. I love it with my Alo baseball hat, but a colored hat would be perfect as well!
